Scrolling Text really is not recommended because
- It is distracting to the viewer
- It is not friendly to users with disabilities
- It is against W3C Guidelines
But here is a method. The HTML is embedded using the Code option of the Embed function. I got the code from https://www.quackit.com/css/codes/marquees/
