To embed a PDF upload it to Google Drive and set its sharing to public. Then on the Insert menu select "From Drive" and select the PDF.

Viewers can click the 'POP-OUT' icon. At the resultant page they can select to print the page(s) they want. They will also be able to download the document.

PDFs show the top part on mobile, phone and tablet, and the user must click to see the full PDF. Also, users must sign in to view the document because on the phone the Google Drive app overrides looking at it and the app requires a login.
