- I inserted a text box
- I inserted some blank lines to increase the height
- I clicked the 'section background' icon (looks like a painter's palette)
- I clicked on 'Image' and selected one
- I created new text boxes for the text and links
- I grabbed the box borders and dragged them up into the image area.
